I am unable to enter my license
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet

I have a new machine, and Babylon won't accept my license
- Contact Babylon's support - Babylon Support will reset your license

I can't install Babylon. What am I doing wrong?
- please check the following:
- Are you the Admin? In order to install Babylon, you will need Admin permission (only the Admin user can install Babylon, it require Admin user+pass)
- If you have an old Babylon version, try removing it first (using the uninstall packager).

I'm not getting any translations
- Babylon needs to be online. Please make sure you are online, and that no Security Software is blocking Babylon's connection.

Babylon does not hook text
- Babylon works well on MAC applications iWork, Safari, TextEditor, etc.
Some hooking problems will occur when using Babylon on a third-party application.

Babylon does not open with the shortkeys I configured
- Does the application you are attempting to translate from share the same shortkey? If so - Babylon will not be able to be summoned by this shortkey.

I want to change the result language to return my mother tongue language on the first result line

- When Babylon is in focus, go to the preference option on the Babylon menu. in the preference screen you can check / uncheck the target languages and set the right order from top to bottom (by drag and drop).
- Target languages list reflect the same languages set for your machine by the OS X. Babylon will add more languages to the target languages list if the list of OS X languages will be expended.

I would like to change the default commands on the Babylon commands bar
- When Babylon is in focus, go to the view -> configuration option in the Babylon menu. the configuration screen allows you to drag and drop your favorites command or use the default layout.
