• My currency rates are not being updated regularly/ have not been updated for a long time. How can I update them manually and make sure they are updated regularly?

• My currency rates are not being updated regularly/ have not been updated for a long time. How can I update them manually and make sure they are updated regularly?

• There are several cases in this matter, please follow the next instructions according to your case: (make sure you are connected to the internet)
  
  • In case you are behind a proxy gate:
  1. Right click on the Babylon icon (at the bottom right of your screen, near the system clock).
  2. Choose "Configuration..." and select the "Connection" tab.
  3. Select "Connect through Proxy/Firewall server" and enter its address in the text box below.
  
  • In Case you are using personal firewall software please make sure that the firewall allows Babylon to connect to our servers.
  • In order to re-try to download the "rates" file please try to initiate a connection to our Servers:
  Version 5 and 6: Right click on the Babylon icon at the bottom of your screen and go to "Configuration -> Connection". Click on the "update now" button to initiate a connection to our servers and receive updated currency rates.
  Version 4: Right click on the Babylon icon on the bottom of your screen and select
  "Help" -> "Registration". This should generate a new connection to our servers and Babylon should work smoothly.
