If you have purchased Babylon and have any questions or difficulties regarding your payment, license code, license duration or registration details, our customer service department will be happy to assist you, via our support form.

License Code Problems

After purchasing Babylon you should receive an order confirmation email from us, including your username and license code. These details are essential for activating Babylon, and during the installation of Babylon they must be entered, EXACTLY as they appear in the email. If you can't find your license details or didn't receive the order confirmation email, click here.

Edit User Profile

Do you have a new email address? Do you wish to update your Babylon user profile? Just fill out our support form, stating both the old and new details.

Invoice Requests

If you wish to receive an invoice of your purchase of our products, please click here.

Payment Problems

If you have encountered any problems with your payment of Babylon, from double charges, to stolen credit cards or refund requests; simply fill out our support form, and we shall be happy to assist you.

Refund Policy

Babylon offers its users a free trial in order to evaluate the product and decide if it fits their needs. Hence, no refunds shall be granted after a license code has been issued, except for cases of irresolvable technical problems, platform incompatibility or erroneous multiple orders.
In these cases a refund shall be made only after a detailed request has been submitted to Babylon within 30 days of payment, and at Babylon's full discretion.
All refunds are subject to a handling fee of 5 Euro / USD.
In case of monthly subscription, the company will not charge the customer for renewal of the subscription, but refund isn't granted.

License Status Check

If you don't remember how long your Babylon license is valid for, simply refer to the order confirmation email that was sent to you when you purchased your Babylon license. In this email you will find both the date that your license was valid from, and the length of your license.
