Noam Lanir - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lanir joined the Company at the end of 2007. He is an Israeli entrepreneur, successful businessman, who has achieved an exceptional track record in his marketing and entrepreneurial creativity. Lanir is also the controlling shareholder and CEO of Livermore Investment Company (LIV: London), a private investment firm. Currently, Noam is the CEO of Mash Medical, a company engaged in the marketing of medical services and surgical procedures in Israel to residents of Russia, Ukraine and its neighboring countries.

Alon Carmeli - CEO and Director

Mr. Carmeli joined the Company on February 2002 and was named CEO at the end of 2007. Carmeli has over 20 years of executive management experience, leading global high-tech companies. He has a strong background in the Internet business market, strategic planning, marketing, business development and sales. Carmeli's extensive experience in all strategic levels of executive management, among them, M&As, P&L management, IPO & private placement, investor relations and team building makes him a recognized leader in the high-tech software and Internet environment.
