Derrida 's term.  It means presenting our ideas as though they were undeconstructable but with awareness that they can be deconstructed. One might say, "I say [such and such], but I am putting it under erasure." One might also speak of "keeping [something] under erasure," or ask if something is "under erasure" and so forth..
