Toy
This article is about playthings. For other uses of the term, see Toy (disambiguation). A toy is an object used in play. Toys are usually associated with children and pets, but it is not unusual for adult humans and some non-domesticated animals to play with toys. Many items are manufactured to serve as toys, but items produced for other purposes can also be used as toys. A child may pick up a household item and 'fly' it around pretending that it is an airplane, or an animal might play with a pinecone by batting at it, chasing it, and throwing it up in the air. Some toys are intended primarily as collector's items and are not to be played with.

toy
A computer system; always used with qualifiers.
1. "nice toy": One that supports the speaker's hacking style adequately.
2. "just a toy": A machine that yields insufficient computrons for the speaker's preferred uses. This is not condemnatory, as is bitty box; toys can at least be fun. It is also strongly conditioned by one's expectations; Cray XMP users sometimes consider the Cray-1 a "toy", and certainly all RISC boxes and mainframes are toys by their standards. Toys
To see toys in dreams, foretells family joys, if whole and new, but if broken, death will rend your heart with sorrow. To see children at play with toys, marriage of a happy nature is indicated. To give away toys in your dreams, foretells you will be ignored in a social way by your acquaintances.
