TAKTİK HAVA SUBAYI (DENİZDE):Destekleyen kuvvetlerin hedef alınan bölgede veya bu bölgeye doğru yapılan amfibi ve hava harekatına hava kuvvetlerinin iştirakinin tüm safhalarının planlanmasını koordine eden ve amfibi görev kuvvet komutanına bağlı havacı subay. Kontrol kıyıya geçene kadar, bu subay taktik hava kontrol merkezinin (denizde) tüm hareketlerini kontrol eder ve aşağıdaki hususlardan da sorumlu tutar; a. Taarruzi ve savunma hava harekatı dahil olmak üzere, taktik hava harekatında hedef alınan bölgeye tahsis edilmiş tüm uçakların kontrolü; b. Hedef alınan bölgeye giren veya buradan geçen tüm diğer uçakların kontrolü; c. Hedef alınan bölgedeki tüm hava ikaz tesislerinin kontrolu.

The officer (aviator) under the amphibious task force commander who coordinates planning of all phases of air participation of the amphibious operation and air operations of supporting forces en route to and in the objective area. Until control is passed ashore, this officer exercises control over all operations of the tactical air control center (afloat) and is charged with the following: a. control of all aircraft in the objective area assigned for tactical air operations, including offensive and defensive air; b. control of all other aircraft entering or passing through the objective area; and c. control of all air warning facilities in the objective area.
