Solving the E-waste Problem (StEP) is an international initiative, created to develop solutions to address issues associated with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). Some of the most eminent players in the fields of Production, Reuse and Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), government agencies and NGOs as well as UN Organisations count themselves among its members. Die -Analyse (auch bekannt als -Analyse) ist ein englisches Akronym für Sociological, Technological, Economical and Political Change (zu deutsch: sozio-kulturell, technologisch, ökonomisch, politisch).

Solving the E-waste Problem (StEP) ist eine internationale Initiative. Ihr gehören einige wichtige Akteure der Bereiche Herstellung, Wiederverwendung, Recycling von elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten wie auch Regierungs- und internationale Organisationen an; drei UN-Organisationen bieten sich gemeinsam als Plattform für die StEP Initiative an. StEP bemüht sich um eine Zusammenarbeit der betroffenen Akteure im Bereiche des Elektronikschrotts, wobei viel Wert auf holistische Lösungsansätze gelegt wird.

StEP (Solving the E-waste Problem) est une initiative internationale. Elle compte parmi ses membres quelques uns des acteurs principaux du secteur de la production, de la réutilisation et du recyclage d’équipement électrique et électronique (EEE), mais aussi diverses organisations gouvernementales et internationales ; trois organisations onusiennes se sont engagées à constituer une plateforme de travail pour StEP. Le but de l’initiative est d’engager une collaboration entre les agents concernés par les déchets électriques et électroniques, tout en mettant l’accent sur des solutions holistiques.

Step (z ros. степь) - równina pozbawiona drzew, rzek i jezior. Step przypomina pod tym względem prerię, z tą różnicą, że preria jest z reguły zdominowana przez wysokie trawy, a step może być obszarem półpustynnym lub pokrytym trawą i krzewami (czasem w zależności od pór roku). Występuje w warunkach klimatu umiarkowanego z gorącym, suchym latem.

L'obbiettivo è una descrizione senza ambiguità, che può essere adattata a tutti i sistemi informatici. Permette anche l'archiviazione dei dati a lungo termine e la creazione di basi di dati centralizzate.
