Spore
In biology, a spore is a reproductive structure, some of which are adapted for dispersal and surviving for extended periods of time in unfavorable conditions. The spores of seed plants, however, are produced internally, and it is larger structures derived from the spores that disperse (the megaspores are formed within the ovules, and the microspores later give rise to pollen grains).

Spore
Eine Spore bezeichnet in der Biologie ein Entwicklungsstadium von Lebewesen, das ein- oder wenigzellig ist. Sporen dienen der ungeschlechtlichen Vermehrung, der Ausbreitung, der Überdauerung oder mehreren dieser Zwecke zugleich. Eine gesonderte Form bilden Endosporen.

En biologie, une spore est une structure de multiplication végétative ou de reproduction, si elle constitue une des étapes du cycle de vie, de nombreuses plantes, algues, fungi et certains protozoaires.

Spore (jeu vidéo)
Spore est un jeu vidéo du créateur des Sims, Will Wright. Il a été présenté lors des salons E3 2005, 2006 et 2008.Le jeu est sorti entre le 4 et le 7 septembre 2008 suivant les pays et est disponible sous Windows, Mac OS X, Nintendo DS et téléphones portables. Une version du jeu sur la Wii de Nintendo est également prévue mais sa date de publication n'est pas avancée.

Spore
Spore är ett datorspel av Will Wright och Maxis. Spelets gavs officiellt ut den 4 september 2008 i Europa, men kunde redan den 28 augusti laddas ner från EA-store. Det har kallats för framtiden inom spel av många kritiker och har fått ett flertal utmärkelser, bland annat Gamespots utmärkelse för bästa originalspel, bästa PC-spel och bästa simulatorspel.

Spore (gra)
Spore to gra komputerowa zaprojektowana przez Willa Wrighta symulująca całą historię i przyszłość życia. Jej pomysł, rozległość i proces tworzenia (głównie poprzez użycie tzw. animacji proceduralnej) przyciągnęły duże zainteresowanie.
Spore na pierwszy rzut oka to "teleologiczna gra o ewolucji": gracz prowadzi gatunek przez wiele stadiów rozwoju. Główną innowacją gry Spore ma być generowanie wielu elementów gry w czasie rzeczywistym, umożliwiając tym samym duży zakres zmian i niekończącą się rozgrywkę. Wright powiedział "Nie chcę, aby gracze czuli się jak Luke Skywalker lub Frodo Baggins. Wolałem, aby poczuli się jak George Lucas lub J.R.R. Tolkien".

Zarodnik
Zarodnik, spora - w botanice jest to haploidalna komórka służąca do bezpłciowego rozmnażania protistów, roślin (mszaki, paprotniki) i grzybów. Zarodniki są zazwyczaj wytwarzane w zarodniach, gdzie dojrzewają do momentu wysypu (ew. wylania) - zazwyczaj przez pęknięcie jej ściany. Następnie są zazwyczaj rozprzestrzeniane w środowisku lądowym przez wiatr, bądź w środowisku wodnym przez wodę. Mogą też powstawać zewnętrznie (np. u niektórych grzybów konidia).
