En música, un sencillo (también llamado un single o simple) es una grabación corta, en los antiguos discos de vinilo venían en formato de siete pulgadas / dieciocho centimetros (7", disco de tamaño pequeño); pero en la actualidad se publican sencillos en formato de CD-sencillo.
