seguro

Dá-se o nome de seguro (do latim "securu") a todo contrato pelo qual uma das partes, segurador, se obriga a indenizar a outra, segurado, em caso da ocorrência de determinados sinistro, em troca do recebimento de um prêmio de seguro.
