R.U.L.E. is the sixth album by rapper Ja Rule, released November 92004. It spawned the singles "Wonderful" featuring R. Kelly and Ashanti, "New York" featuring Jadakiss and Fat Joe, and "Caught Up" featuring Lloyd. The track "The Manual" was also a single in the UK. To date, R.U.L.E. has been certified Gold in the U.S.
