is a 2005 J-Horror film. The film is directed by Takashi Shimizu and is based on a story by Takashi Shimizu and Masaki Adachi. It is the third film in producer Takashige Ichise's six part J-Horror Theater series. It was preceded by Infection (感染) and Premonition (予言).Reincarnation premiered at the 18th Tokyo International Film Festival on October 27th, 2005. It was theatrically released in the U.S. as one of the eight films in the nationwide film festival Horrorfest, which ran November 17th through 21st, 2006.
