This could be a medical or psychological condition such as depression, bipolar disorder, multiple sclerosis, cancer or an addiction to a drug.

"Relapse" sera le nouvel album d'Eminem prévu pour début 2009. Beaucoup de rumeurs ont circulé sur le net comme quoi l'album s'appellera "The Empact" ou encore "King Mathers" mais le rappeur a fait son annonce lors de la fête organisée à l’occasion de la sortie de sa biographie « The Way I Am ». Certains médias continuent dans les rumeurs et annoncent que le nom serait réellement « R3LAPSE » mais Eminem n’a rien confirmé sur l'appellation.
