- Basis point, 1/100 of one percent, denoted bp, bps, and ‱
- Pivot point, a price level of significance in analysis of a financial market that is used as a predictive indicator of market movement
- Point (mortgage), a percentage sometimes referred to as a form of pre-paid interest used to reduce interest rates in a mortgage loan

Exclamation mark
The exclamation mark, exclamation point, bang, or dembanger is a punctuation mark usually used after an interjection or exclamation to indicate strong feelings or high volume (shouting), and often marks the end of a sentence. Example: “Watch out!” The character is encoded in Unicode as . This punctuation mark is called, in the newspaper world, "a screamer, a gasper, [or] a startler".

Ausrufezeichen
Das Ausrufezeichen „!“ (auch Ausrufungszeichen, Rufzeichen (österr.) oder Ausrufzeichen (schweiz.)) ist ein Satzzeichen, das nach Ausrufe-, Wunsch- und Aufforderungssätzen sowie nach Ausrufewörtern und nach bedingten indirekten Fragen (Irrealis) steht. In Deutschland wurde es früher auch bei der Anrede in Briefen verwendet. Letztere Praxis ist in Österreich noch weit verbreitet. Daneben symbolisiert es wichtige und ähnliche Sachverhalte und repräsentiert einige völlig andere Bedeutungen.

Znak wykrzyknienia, pot. wykrzyknik – jeden ze znaków pisarskich, zaliczany w grupie znaków interpunkcyjnych do podgrupy znaków emocji. Składa się z pionowej kreski zakończonej u dołu kropką.Typograficznie jest znakiem wysokości stopnia pisma, a jego kropka jest dokładnie takiej samej wielkości, kształtu i położenia jak znak kropki w tym samym kroju.
