The pint (abbreviated as "pt" or "p") is a unit of volume or capacity that was once used across much of Europe with values varying from state to state from less than half a litre to over one litre. Within continental Europe, the pint was replaced with the metric system during the nineteenth century. However, in the United States, the United Kingdom and various other Commonwealth countries the unit has continued to be in use.

Die Pinte (bzw. das Pint, cf. französisch la pinte) ist ein altes Raummaß sowohl für Flüssigkeiten als auch – besonders im angelsächsischen Raum – für Trockenmaße.

Une pinte est une unité de mesure de volume pour des liquides. La pinte se subdivise en deux chopines.

Pint är ett volymmått framförallt i bruk i USA och till vardags i Storbritannien. Dock skiljer sig de båda ländernas måttenheter åt och USA har dessutom två olika typer av pint:

• 1 imperial pint (Storbritannien)) = 0,568261 liter
• 1 pint (USA, våt) = 0,473176 liter
• 1 pint (USA, torr) = 0,550610 liter

Półkwarta (ang. pint)- jednostka objętości lub pojemności stosowana głównie w Stanach Zjednoczonych, Wiekiej Brytanii oraz Irlandii. W Stanach Zjednoczonych stosowane są dwie różne miary pinty (sucha i mokra).
