pendular diagnosis (radiesthetic diagnosis)

Ostensibly diagnostic form of radiesthesia. It involves holding a pendulum over the patient. Its postulate is that diseased organs emit radiation different from that of unaffected organs. According to its theory, when the pendulum is above a diseased organ, the organ repels it, and the more diseased the organ, the larger the loop the pendulum makes.
