Panhellenic Union of Fighting Youths
The Panhellenic Union of Fighting Youths (, Panellínios Énosis Agonizómenon Néon, PEAN, ΠΕΑΝ) was a Greek Resistance organization during the Axis Occupation of Greece in the Second World War. The organization was concentrated in the areas of Athens and Piraeus, and although it never expanded to become a wider movement, it was one of the most active of the multitude of urban resistance groups that sprung up during the Occupation, and one of the first to carry out active resistance, in the form of bombings.

Péan
Chez les Grecs archaïques, Péan ou Péon (en grec ancien / Paián, / Paiếôn ou / Paiốn) est d'abord un dieu guérisseur. Le mot devient ensuite une épiclèse d'Apollon, avant de désigner un chant d'action de grâces en l'honneur du dieu.

Hermine (héraldique)
En héraldique, l’hermine désigne une fourrure blanche mouchetée de noir (d’argent semé de mouchetures de sable). L’hermine est un symbole courant dans l’imagerie bretonne. L'hermine ne désigne plus alors la fourrure mais la représentation agrandie et stylisée du bout de queue avec son lien traversant, qui est souvent prise pour la représentation de l'animal entier du fait de la similitude morphologique. Il lui est associé la devise : « Plutôt la mort que la souillure » (« kentoc'h mervel eget bezañ saotret »).

Armellinato
Armellinato è un termine utilizzato in araldica per indicare un campo in cui il disegno dell'armellino ma in cui gli smalti sono diversi dall'argento e dal nero.
Alcuni araldisti utilizzano i seguenti termini:
- armellinato, per una pelliccia "d'oro moscato di nero"
- Péan, per il suo opposto "di nero moscato d'oro"
- armellinato di ...(1)... e di ...(2)..., per qualunque pelliccia avente il disegno dell'armellino ma colori diversi dal bianco e nero, dove (1) è il colore del campo e (2) quello delle moscature.
