Als Callcenter (von engl. call center; dt. „Telefon-Beratungszentrum“) oder Customer Care Center (zu dt. „Kundenberatungszentrum“ oder „Kundenbetreuungszentrum“) wird ein Unternehmen oder eine Organisationseinheit bezeichnet, welche Marktkontakte telefonisch schafft: aktiv (outbound: Das Callcenter startet den Anruf) oder passiv (inbound: Das Callcenter wird angerufen). Ein Callcenter setzt neben Dienstleistungsangeboten auch häufig Telefonverkauf als Form des Direktmarketing operativ um.
