Norwegische Sprache
Die norwegische Sprache (Eigenbezeichnung: norsk oder ) gehört zum nordgermanischen Zweig der indogermanischen Sprachen. Norwegisch wird von etwa fünf Millionen Norwegern als Muttersprache gesprochen, von denen der größte Teil in Norwegen lebt, wo es Amtssprache ist.

Norvégien
Le norvégien (norsk en norvégien) est une langue germanique parlée en Norvège, elle a pour racine historique le vieux norrois, qui était pratiqué depuis le Moyen Âge dans les pays scandinaves par les Vikings. Le vieux norrois est aussi l'ancêtre direct du danois et du suédois modernes et a exercé une influence sensible sur l'anglo-saxon pour former l'anglais ; en France, il a fourni au vieux normand certains éléments de vocabulaire.

Lingua norvegese
Il norvegese è una lingua appartenente al sottogruppo delle lingue scandinave, del gruppo delle lingue germaniche e della famiglia delle lingue indoeuropee.
Il norvegese si caratterizza per il fatto di possedere due diverse forme scritte, entrambe usate ufficialmente in Norvegia: Il Bokmål e il Nynorsk.
- Il Bokmål (lingua del libro) viene usato da circa l'85% della popolazione ed è basato sul danese scritto. Il danese, infatti, fu lingua ufficiale in Norvegia per molti secoli durante l'unione con la Danimarca.
- Il Nynorsk (nuovo norvegese), usato dal restante 15%, è stato creato da Ivar Aasen dall'unione di molti dialetti rurali norvegesi.
