The races in
The Elder Scrolls series of computer games are grouped into several basic categories: Mer (elves), Humans, Beastfolk, and others. They are listed below. Species-wise, only two sentient species exist on Nirn. One species are the Ehlnofey, of which all men, mer and beast folk (save Argonians) are members of. The other Species are the Hist, of which the Hist and Argonians are members of.
