The Namekians なめっくせいじん(Namekkusei-jin) are a fictional race introduced in the anime and manga series Dragon Ball Z and appear in Dragon Ball GT by Toei Doga — both are based on the original manga series by Akira Toriyama. They are humanoid with slug-like characteristics, including green skin and antennae. Namekians are philosophical warriors. They are among the most important races in the series.
