Maduro is a Washington D.C. area electronic music artist who records a blend of dark, textured electronica and “Electribal” music catering to the darker and more abstract side of Middle Eastern and South Asian dance. In June 2006, Eventide Music Productions released Shimmer Sustain, a collection of dark world fusion electronica and electro mixed with 8-bit video game sounds. In August 2007, Eventide Music Productions released Juno Wakes, an audio excursion documenting a dream cycle and the notion of waking and awakening. Maduro's work appears on numerous DVDs released by Peko Records, World Dance New York, and the Bellydance Superstars.
