Dave Grohl
David Eric Grohl (born January 141969, in Warren, Ohio) is an American rock musician and songwriter. Grohl began his music career in the 1980s as the drummer for several Washington, DC area bands, most notably the punk rock band Scream. In 1990 he became the drummer for grunge group Nirvana. Following the 1994 death of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, Grohl formed the Foo Fighters.

Local Authority Trading Enterprise
Local Authority Trading Enterprises (LATE) are organisations established in New Zealand under the Local Government Act 1974.The 1989 legislation assigned regional councils planning and funding responsibilities, but not the transport supplier function. It required regional councils or other territorial authorities either to divest their transport assets to the private sector, or to establish a transport-related Local Authority Trading Enterprise.
