kick-up

The kip-up or carp skip-up (鯉魚打挺 Liyudating) is an acrobatic move employed in martial arts, breakdancing, professional wrestling and gymnastics which takes a person from a supine position directly to their feet. This technique is found in various traditional Chinese martial arts, as well as in modern wushu.
