Key position
In the sport of Australian rules football, a "key position" refers to positions on the ground that are considered vital to the structure of a team.Key position players make up what is known as the "spine" of a team. Key positions on an Australian rules field are usually deemed to be centre half-forward, full-forward, centre half-back and full-back.Key position players are usually tall and strongly built. Some KPP's include Fraser Gehrig, Matthew Scarlett, Barry Hall and Warren Tredrea.
