Joke

Witz
Als Witz bezeichnet man einen kurzen Text (Erzählung, Wortwechsel, Frage mit Antwort oder Ähnliches), der einen Sachverhalt so mitteilt, dass nach der ersten Darstellung unerwartet eine ganz andere Auffassung zutage tritt. Der plötzliche Positionswechsel (die Pointe) vermittelt die Einsicht, dass das Urteil über den Sachverhalt nicht zwingend einer einzigen Auffassung unterworfen ist. Die Öffnung zu anderen Auffassungen wird als befreiend empfunden, die zunächst aufgebaute Beklemmung wegen eines vermeintlichen Problems löst sich auf in befreiendes Lachen. Das Gelächter der Zuhörer zeigt an, dass sie den Positionswechsel erkannt haben und mitvollziehen.

Jest
Jest – czternasty album studyjny polskiego zespołu rockowego Budka Suflera wydany w roku 2004 z okazji 30-lecia istnienia grupy.
Częściowo płyta została nagrana w wytwórni The Village w Los Angeles, a w jej nagrywaniu udział wzięli m.in. tacy muzycy, jak Steve Lukather (na gitarze solowej) i Greg Phillinganes z Toto , Marcus Miller (zagrał gościnnie na basie) i Sheila E. (zagrała na instrumentach perkusyjnych).
Na płycie znajdują się 2 piosenki wykonane w języku angielskim Breathing You i Dancing with Ghost (teksty napisał amerykański pisarz Jonathan Carroll). Tematyka płyty jest bardzo zróżnicowana muzycznie. Są na niej zarówno utwory rockowe, soulowe, ballady z elementami muzyki etnicznej jak i piosenki popowe oraz utwór taneczny Doganiaj. Płyta jest mieszanką stylów, w których nagrywała przez 30 lat Budka Suflera. Na uwagę zasługują utwory:
- To Moja Pieśń (utwór hardrockowy w stylu Jest taki samotny dom)
- Niewidziani (utwór soulrockowy)
- Breathing You (kolejny utwór hardrockowy z solówkami Lukathera i Millera)
- Dancing with Ghosts (balada rockowa)

Dowcip
Dowcip, żart - krótka forma humorystyczna, służąca rozśmieszeniu słuchacza. Panuje przekonanie, że dowcipy - podobnie jak przysłowia - nie mają swoich autorów, choć nie jest to prawdą. Najczęstszą formą rozpowszechniania dowcipu jest przekaz słowny. Dowcipy można spotkać w prasie, w specjalnych rubrykach. Publikowane są książki z dowcipami, a nawet czasopisma, np. Dobry Humor. Dowcipy można też spotkać na wielu stronach internetowych. Żart nie do końca udany określa się mianem spalonego bądź suchego żartu, czyli "suchara", albo "kwasa".
