international power

International Power plc is an international electricity generator formed in 2000 by the demerger of National Power. The group's UK businesses were spun off as Innogy and with the remainder of National Power renamed International Power. International Power was listed on the London Stock Exchange on 2 October 2000. The ticker symbol is "IPR".
