honey

Honey is a sweet and viscous fluid produced by honey bees (and some other species of bee), and derived from the nectar of flowers. According to the United States National Honey Board and various international food regulations, "honey stipulates a pure product that does not allow for the addition of any other substance...this includes, but is not limited to, water or other sweeteners". This article refers exclusively to the honey produced by honey bees (the genus Apis); honey produced by other bees or other insects has very different properties.

Le miel est la substance sucrée produite par les abeilles à partir du  nectar des fleurs ou du miellat de pucerons qu'elles récoltent et entreposent dans les alvéoles de la ruche. Il est issu d'abeilles domestiquées élevées en ruches, ou d'abeilles sauvages (on parle alors de miel sauvage, que l'ONU (FAO) classe comme produit forestier, autre que le bois). Il est souvent la seule source de sucre des populations indigènes les plus retirées des forêts tropicales.

Honig ist ein von Honigbienen zur eigenen Nahrungsvorsorge aus dem Nektar von Blüten oder Honigtau erzeugtes Lebensmittel. Er besteht aus etwa 200 verschiedenen Inhaltsstoffen. Die Zusammensetzung kann je nach Honigsorte sehr unterschiedlich sein. Die mengenmäßig wichtigsten Inhaltsstoffe sind Fruchtzucker (27 bis 44 %), Traubenzucker (22 bis 41 %) und Wasser (ca. 18 %). Weitere typische Inhaltsstoffe sind andere Zuckerarten, Pollen, Mineralstoffe, Proteine, Enzyme, Aminosäuren, Vitamine, Farb- und Aromastoffe. Honig kann flüssig oder auch fest (kristallisiert) sein. Dies hängt hauptsächlich von dem Verhältnis der beiden Einfachzucker Frucht- und Traubenzucker zueinander ab, aber auch davon, wie der Honig weiterverarbeitet und gelagert wird.

Jest to historia o pięknej Honey, która ma życiowe marzenia zostać choreografką i wyrwać się ze slumsów. Gdy to marzenie urzeczywistnia się zostaje profesjonalnym choreografem teledysków muzycznych. Jednak z tą profesją wiążą się różne kłopoty i przeszkody przez które musi przejść. Prowadzi szkołę nauki tańca w rytmie hip-hopu dla biednych dzieci i wraz z nimi szykuje występ w wyremontowanym kosciele. W jej życiu praca stała się pasją.
