An enforceable legal instrument with which a customs administration can recover duties and taxes which become payable in the event of irregularities during a transit movement. The individual guarantee can be deposited either in the form of a bank guarantee or as a cash deposit. Flat- rate Valid for a single transit operation and set at a fixed level of EURO 7000.
