Going Through the Motions, Buffy The Vampire Slayer adlı dizinin Once More, with Feeling adlı müzikal bölümün ilk müziğidir. Şarkıyı Buffy söylemektedir ve söylerken aynı zamanda vampirlerle dövüşür. Şarkının diğer adı Alive'dır.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer adlı dizinin, en çok beğenilen bölümlerinden biridir, "müzikal bölüm" diye de telaffuz edildiği olur. Bölümün adı, Türkçe'ye "Bir kez daha, hissederek" şeklinde çevrilebilir. Tüm Sunnydale'in şarkılar söyleyip danslar etmeye başlaması anlatılır. Bu bölüm, Emmy'e aday gösterilmişti.
