Denne artikkelen er om fot som lengdeenhet. For andre betydninger, se fot. Fot (av latin pes og norrønt fótr) er en urgammel lengdeenhet som har vært brukt over store deler av verden, heunder også i Skandinavia. Enheten er ikke en SI-enhet. I Norge ble foten avviklet da metersystemet ble innført. I dag regnes en fot som 30,48 cm eller lik 12 internasjonale tommer (inch).

Stopa je historická jednotka pro merení délky, která byla používána v témer všech kulturách. Vznik názvu je možno vysvetlit tím, že se jednalo o délku otisku lidské nohy (chodidla), tedy stopy. V jiných jazycích Fuß (nemecky), foot (anglicky), pied (francouzsky) atd.
