Force
In physics, a force is any influence that causes an object to undergo a certain change, either concerning its movement, direction, or geometrical construction. In other words, a force is that which can cause an object with mass to change its velocity (which includes to begin moving from a state of rest), i.e., to accelerate, or which can cause a flexible object to deform. Force can also be described by intuitive concepts such as a push or pull. A force has both magnitude and direction, making it a vector quantity. Newton's second law, , was originally formulated in slightly different, but equivalent terms: the original version states that the net force acting upon an object is equal to the rate at which its momentum changes.

Kraft
<onlyinclude> Kraft ist eine gerichtete physikalische Größe, die eine wichtige Rolle in der klassischen Mechanik spielt. Sie kann Körper beschleunigen oder verformen, durch Kraftwirkung kann man Arbeit verrichten und die Energie eines Körpers verändern. Einige Kräfte haben eigenständige Bezeichnungen aufgrund ihrer Ursachen oder Wirkungen erhalten. Dazu gehören die Reibungskraft, die Schwerkraft und die Fliehkraft. Die heutige Physik unterscheidet vier Grundkräfte, die allen diesen Ausformungen von Kraft zugrunde liegen. In diesem Zusammenhang wird der Begriff Wechselwirkung gleichbedeutend mit Kraft verwendet. Die international verwendete Einheit für Kraft ist das Newton. Das Formelzeichen der Kraft ist meist 
(von engl. force </onlyinclude> bzw. lat. fortitudo).

Force (physique)
Une force désigne, en physique, l'interaction entre deux objets ou systèmes, une action mécanique capable d'imposer une accélération, ce qui induit un déplacement ou une déformation de l'objet. Isaac Newton a précisé ce concept en établissant les bases de la mécanique newtonienne.

Kraft
Begreppet kraft är en abstraktion inom fysiken för att förklara och beskriva orsaken till förändringar i ett systems rörelse. Kraftbegreppet infördes i dagens formulering av Isaac Newton. Inom den klassiska fysiken förklarar Newtons tre rörelselagar kroppars rörelse under inverkan av krafter, dessa tre lagar kan sägas definiera krafter som verkar på ett system. De tre lagarna är:
- En kropp utan yttre kraftpåverkan förblir i sitt tillstånd av vila eller likformig, rätlinjig rörelse.
- Ändringen per tidsenhet av en kropps rörelsemängd är proportionell mot den verkande kraften och ligger i dennas riktning.
- Mot varje kraft svarar en annan lika stor och motsatt riktad kraft, så att de ömsesidigt mellan två kroppar verkande krafterna alltid är lika stora och motsatt riktade.

Siła ma wartość jednego niutona (1 N) jeżeli ciału o masie jednego kilograma (1 kg) nadaje przyspieszenie jeden metr na sekundę do kwadratu (1 m/s2):
