Flush
Flush (no original em inglês, Flush: A Biography) é das obras mais famosas da escritora britânica Virginia Woolf, embora ela o tenha escrito a carater de diversão, após um período cansativo, onde escreveu obras complexas como As Ondas. Foi publicado em 1933.
A obra é a biografia de um cão que teria pertencido à Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Mostra as aventuras e os mistérios da existência percebidos através dos olhos do melhor amigo do homem. O personagem central dessa história é um cocker spaniel de origem inglesa, Flush. Em pleno processo de apreensão do mundo e de si mesmo, ele ama tanto os raios de sol quanto um pedaço de rosbife, a companhia de cadelinhas malhadas assim como a companhia de seres humanos, o cheiro de campos abertos tanto quanto ruas cimentadas e o burburinho da cidade.
