edata section

In MS Windows PE file terms, the .edata section is a list of the functions and data that the PE file exports for use by other modules. Usually .edata sections occurs in DLLs, there is no reason to export anything from an EXE file.
Often enough the .edata section, it is merged into some other section like "initialized data".
