Drop (Otis tarda L., 1758) – duży ptak z rodziny dropiowatych, zamieszkujący w zależności od podgatunku:Otis tarda tarda - Europa Środkowa i Wschodnia, izolowana populacja na Półwyspie Iberyjskim. Osiadły. W Polsce dawniej skrajnie nielicznie gniazdował, wyginął ok. 1986 (ostatnie osobniki spotykano w Wielkopolsce). Obecnie sporadycznie zalatuje. Drop (o Item drop) è un termine utilizzato nell'ambito dei videogiochi, maggiormente in quelli di tipo MMORPG. È usato per riferirsi a oggetti lasciati cadere da un nemico (generalmente un mob) dopo la sua uccisione.Il drop è quindi una motivazione alternativa all'acquisizione di punti esperienza: armi, pozioni, denaro o altri oggetti specifici del gioco sono alcuni possibili drop.Il termine deriva dall'inglese to drop (lasciar cadere).
