Decree
A decree is an order made by a head of state or government and having the force of law. The particular term used for this concept may vary from country to country — the executive orders made by the president of the United States, for example, are decrees. In non-legal English usage, however, the term rule by decree refers to any authoritarian decision and in this sense is often derogatory.

Dekret
Ein Dekret (lat. decernere - beschließen) ist eine von einer Regierung oder einem Staatsoberhaupt erlassene Verordnung oder Verfügung mit Gesetzeskraft.Viele Verfassungen lassen Dekrete in bestimmten Fällen zu, etwa nach Ausrufung des Notstandes. Dekrete waren und sind bis heute Anstoß für zum Teil extrem kontroverse Debatten. Ein eindrückliches Beispiel sind die Beneš-Dekrete.Ein Päpstliches Dekret ist eine Regelungsform des katholischen Kirchenrechts.

Dekret
Dekret - akt normatywny mający moc ustawy, wydany jednak nie przez parlament ale przez organ władzy wykonawczej (prezydent, premier, rząd). Dekretem również nazywamy dokument, wydawany przez biskupa lub arcybiskupa danej diecezji, skierowany do księży, mówiący o przeniesieniu lub zmianie parafii poszczególnych duchownych.

Decreto
Um decreto é uma ordem emanada de uma autoridade superior ou órgão (civil, militar, leigo ou eclesiástico) que determina o cumprimento de uma resolução.No sistema jurídico brasileiro, os decretos são atos administrativos da competência dos chefes dos poderes executivos (presidentegovernadores e prefeitos). Um decreto é usualmente usado pelo chefe do poder executivo para fazer nomeações e regulamentações de leis (como para lhes dar cumprimento efetivo, por exemplo), entre outras coisas.
