dakimakura

A is a kind of large pillow from Japan. The name means "hugging pillow"; they are similar in shape to body pillows in the west.Some Dakimakura are imprinted with a picture, usually a young woman in the anime style. Sometimes anime or bishōjo game magazines give dakimakura covers away as promotional materials. Some of these printed dakimakura can be considered love pillows.Sometimes called a Dutch wife, although the original definition of this phrase is closer to the chikufujin.
