Le crust punk est un sous-genre musical du punk rock, qui mêle à celui-ci des éléments de punk hardcore. Le mouvement est politisé (anarchie, autonomie, squats) et proche de l'Anarcho-punk.

Crustcore (auch Crust Punk, häufig auch einfach Crust genannt) bezeichnet einen Musikstil und eine Subkultur die ihre Wurzeln im Anarcho- und Hardcore Punk hat und vor allem in der linken und linksradikalen Jugendkultur ihre Anhänger findet.Die Angehörigen dieser Subkultur bezeichnen sich selbst zumeist als Crusties. Synonym für den frühen britischen Crustcore wird manchmal auch die bezeichnung „Stenchcore“ gebraucht, die ursprünglich als Parodie auf die Tendenz gedacht war, im Hardcore-Punk neue Bezeichnungen für Musikstile mit der Endung „-Core“ zu erfinden.

Crust - rodzaj fryzury. Cechą charakterystyczną jest specyficzne ostrzyżenie i ułożenie włosów. Włosy krótko ostrzyżone lub wygolone, pozostawiając wąski pasek dłuższych włosów w tylnej części głowy, biorący swój początek od połowy kości ciemieniowej i biegnący aż do karku. Pas dłuższych włosów często "podnoszony" przy pomocy żelu lub lakieru do włosów.
