In computer science, Coq is an interactive theorem prover. It allows the expression of mathematical assertions, mechanically checks proofs of these assertions, helps to find formal proofs, and extracts a certified program from the constructive proof of its formal specification. Coq works within the theory of the calculus of inductive constructions, a derivative of the calculus of constructions. Coq is not an automated theorem prover but includes automatic theorem proving tactics and various decision procedures.

Coenzyme Q₁₀, also known as ubiquinone, ubidecarenone, coenzyme Q, and abbreviated at times to CoQ₁₀ , CoQ, or Q₁₀ is a 1,4-benzoquinone, where Q refers to the quinone chemical group, and 10 refers to the number of isoprenyl chemical subunits in its tail.

Ubichinon (auch UQ, Coenzym Q, CoQ, Q oder Coenzym Q₁₀) ist ein Chinon-Derivat mit lipophiler Isoprenoid-Seitenkette, strukturell verwandt mit Vitamin K und Vitamin E. Die reduzierte, phenolische Form wird Ubihydrochinon oder Ubichinol (kurz QH₂) genannt. Den Namen „Ubichinon“ verdankt das Coenzym der Tatsache, dass es in allen lebenden Organismen verbreitet ist (lateinisch ubique = überall).

Le coq est le représentant mâle adulte, principalement de plusieurs espèces de Galliformes, en particulier le coq domestique. Sa femelle est la poule. Certaines espèces portent ce qualificatif dans leur nom vernaculaire comme le Coq de bruyère, Coq de Java, Coq de Lafayette, Coq de Sonnerat. Le Coq de roche péruvien est le nom donné à un passereau sud-américains. Chez ces espèces le dimorphisme sexuel est assez marqué.Le coq chante le matin pour annoncer l'aube.

La Coenzyme Q₁₀ (figure 1, avec n=10), également connue sous le nom de CoQ₁₀ ou Ubiquinone, est une substance similaire à une vitamine, qui est vitale pour le bon fonctionnement du corps humain.

Coq est un assistant de preuve développé à l'INRIA, à l'École polytechnique et à l'Université de Paris XI (et antérieurement à l'École normale supérieure de Lyon) dans le cadre du projet TypiCal.

Ubichinon (zwany również koenzymem Q) to pod względem chemicznym pochodna parachinonu, występująca w komórkach roślinnych i zwierzęcych w mitochondriach. Jest odpowiedzialny za przenoszenie elektronów w łańcuchu oddechowym. Po przyłączeniu elektronów swobodnie porusza się w wewnętrznej błonie mitochondrialnej umożliwiając transport elektronów między kompleksami białek łańcucha oddechowego, które wbudowane są w wewnętrzną błonę mitochondrialną. Przenosi elektrony między dehydrogenazą NADH (kompleks I), względnie reduktazą bursztynian-koenzym-Q (kompleks II) na kompleks cytochromów bc1, jest więc zatem miejscem zejścia się dróg elektronów pochodzących z NADH oraz FADH2.
