composer

A composer is a person who writes music. The term refers particularly to someone who writes music in some type of musical notation, thus allowing others to perform the music. This distinguishes the composer from a musician who improvises or plays a musical instrument.The level of distinction between composers and other musicians also varies, which affects issues such as copyright and the deference given to individual interpretations of a particular piece of music. For example, in the development of classical music in Europe, the function of composing music initially had no greater importance than the function of performing music. The preservation of individual compositions received little attention, and musicians generally had no qualms about modifying compositions for performance. Over time, however, the written notation of the composer has come to be treated as strict instructions, from which performers should not deviate without good reason. Performers do, however, play the music and interpret it in a way that is all their own.

Ein Komponist (lat. componere = „zusammensetzen“) ist ein Künstler, der musikalische Werke (Kompositionen) schafft.Das Ergebnis des Kompositionsvorganges liegt abschließend in notierter Form (per Hand oder direkt als Notensatz im Computer) vor; andere Fixierungen (Demotape, Tonaufnahme etc.) sind dabei durchaus möglich.Die Musik eines Komponisten wird durch Interpreten (Musiker, Sänger) zum Erklingen gebracht.

Kompozytor (łac. compositor) - właściwie jest to absolwent studiów na kierunku kompozycji i aranżacji, w praktyce to twórca utworu muzycznego. Terminu kompozytor używa się z reguły wobec twórców używających notacji muzycznej w przeciwieństwie do tzw sound designerów (ang. dosł. 'projektantów dźwięku').

Un compositore è un artista che crea opere musicali, dette appunto composizioni.Il termine perciò è usato indipendentemente dal genere o stile musicale e indica una persona che costruisce con i suoni un risultato (oggetto sonoro) destinato ad essere ascoltato. La composizione, al fine di poterne agevolare la riproduzione, è generalmente trascritta su uno spartito tramite un sistema di simboli chiamato notazione musicale, che appunto utilizza le cosiddette note musicali: l'opera del compositore è eseguita dagli interpreti (musicisti, cantanti), ma, ovviamente, può essere eseguita anche dall'autore stesso.
