MUHAFAZAYA TERK DURUMU:Müessese, malzeme ve tesislerin bir himaye ve sınırlı muhafaza altında bulundukları gayri faal durum. Böyle bir durum, tesis veya malzemeyi yangına, hırsızlığa veya tabi etkilerden kaynaklanan hasara karşı korumak için asgari personele ihtiyaç gösterir.
