Çal
Çal is a town and a district of Denizli Province in the inner Aegean region of Turkey. Çal district area occupies a central position in the northern part of its province and neighbors the central district of Denizli to the south-west and the district areas of Güney to the west and Honaz to the south. To the east of Çal district lies clockwise the districts of Bekilli, Çivril and Baklan.

Çal
Çal ist die Hauptstadt des gleichnamigen Landkreises der türkischen Provinz Denizli. Çal liegt etwa 64 km nordöstlich der Provinzhauptstadt Denizli. Çal hatte bei der letzten Volkszählung 3.741 Einwohner (Stand Ende Dezember 2008). Mit den zugehörigen Dörfern und Kleinstädten beträgt die Einwohnerzahl 23.339.

CAL
CAL Cargo Air Lines – izraelska linia lotnicza (kod linii IATA: ICL). Obsługuje loty towarowe do Europy i całego świata. Głównym portem lotniczym jest międzynarodowe lotnisko imienia Ben Guriona w Tel Awiwie.
Linia lotnicza została założona w czerwcu 1976. Rozpoczęła działalność 2 listopada 1976, wykonując usługi samolotami El Al. 1 grudnia 1999 CAL rozpoczęła działalność przy użyciu swojego własnego samolotu, wykonując usługi dla Organizacji Izraelskich Spółdzielni Rolniczych.

Cal
Cal (ang. inch) – pozaukładowa jednostka miary długości odpowiadająca szerokości dużego palca ręki. Jedna z tzw. jednostek imperialnych. W USA do pomiaru wzrostu człowieka (np. w komisariacie) używa się właśnie tej miary.
- 1" = 1 in. = 25,4 mm, zwany też "cal międzynarodowy".
Dawniej cal miał różne wartości, np.:
- 1 cal angielski = 25,3995 mm
- 1 cal polski = 24,8 mm (tzw. cal staropolski) lub = 24,0 mm (cal nowopolski, 1819-1848)
- 1 cal reński = 26,1541 mm
- 1 cal rosyjski = 25,3995 mm
- 1 cal wiedeński = 26,3402 mm
Ponadto w USA jest jeszcze w użyciu amerykański cal geodezyjny ~= 25,4000508 mm, a dokładniej:
- 1 m = 39,37 cali geodezyjnych
