Beef
Beef is the culinary name for meat from bovines, especially domestic cattle. Beef can be harvested from cows, bulls, heifers or steers. It is one of the principal meats used in the cuisine of the Middle East (including Pakistan and Afghanistan), Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Europe and North America, and is also important in Africa, parts of East Asia, and Southeast Asia. Beef is considered a taboo food in some cultures, especially in Indian culture, and thence is eschewed by Hindus and Jains; However, Hinduism's scriptures indicate a recorded history of beef consumption, with the taboo arising at a later period due to the ascendancy of the cow in terms of importance to the farming communities of the time. it is also discouraged among some Buddhists.

Beef
Beef bedeutet im Hip-Hop-Jargon (US-amerikanisch umgangssprachlich für Streit) eine aggressive Auseinandersetzung zwischen zwei Rappern, oft auch unterstützt durch andere Künstler ihres Plattenlabels, die offen über die Medien und im speziellen über die Musikveröffentlichungen der beiden Parteien ausgetragen wird. Obwohl sich Beefs meist auf das rein verbale gegenseitige Beleidigen (Dissen) beschränken, eskalieren sie mitunter auch in tatsächlichen körperlichen Übergriffen, bis hin zum Mord. Der bekannteste Beef der Hip-Hop-Geschichte war der East Coast vs. West Coast-Konflikt in den 1990-er Jahren. Der Tod der beiden Rapper 2Pac und The Notorious B.I.G. war womöglich ein direktes Resultat dieses Beefs.

Rindfleisch
Rindfleisch, das Fleisch vom Hausrind, gehört neben dem Schweinefleisch zu den beliebtesten Fleischsorten der deutschen Küche. Die verschiedenen Muskelpartien des Rinds kommen oft als Ganzes (z. B. Rinderbraten), in Scheiben (z. B. als Steak) oder fein zerschnitten, zum Beispiel im Gulasch, auf den Tisch. Rindfleisch dient auch als Grundlage für Hamburger.

Bœuf
Bœuf — du latin bos, bovis — est le nom vernaculaire du boviné de l'espèce Bos taurus. Comme pour les autres bovinés, le mâle est communément appelé taureau, la femelle, vache, et le petit, veau. Celui qui gardait les bœufs était le bouvier ; l'étable à boeufs était la bouverie.

Beef
Beef (sv. "biff") avser inom hiphopkulturen ett bråk, gräl eller någon form av oenighet mellan olika personer eller grupper. Mest känd är det så kallade "West-East Coast War i början och mitten av 90-talet mellan Death Row Records och Bad Boy Entertainment där 2Pac och The Notorious B.I.G. var frontfigurer, något som dessvärre kostade dem livet. Idag pågår den hetaste "beefen" mellan The Game och 50 Cent.

Beef
Beef (ang. kłótnia, sprzeczka) – rodzaj konfliktu na tle artystycznym związany z szeroko pojętą kulturą hip hop, dotyczy on zarówno DJów, MC jak i wytwórni płytowych. Beef składa się z co najmniej 2 dissów (wyzwisk). Swoimi korzeniami sięga wczesnych lat 70. XX w., zapoczątkowany przez nowojorskich DJów, którzy występując w czasie emitowanej muzyki zachęcali uczestników zabawy jednocześnie podbijając entuzjazm zgromadzonych negatywnymi uwagami na temat innych wykonawców oraz zachwalaniem własnych umiejętności i osiągnięć. Do najsłynniejszych konfilktów należy wojna 2Paca z Notoriusem B.I.G, Jay-Z z Nasem czy 50 Cent z Ja Rule czy Cadillach Tah.

Wolowina
Wołowina (mięso wołowe) - mięso otrzymane z bydła o wieku powyżej 0,5 roku. Jest jednym z najważniejszych mięs kuchni europejskiej i amerykańskiej. Pięcioma największymi producentami wołowiny są: Stany Zjednoczone, Brazylia, Unia Europejska, Chiny oraz Indie.
W Polsce bardzo rzadko hoduje się rasy mięsne bydła. Powoduje to, że polska wołowina rzadko kiedy osiąga jakość spotykaną w krajach o większej tradycji w zakresie spożycia wołowiny. Czasem można spotkać w Polsce w sprzedaży mięso wołowe argentyńskie czy amerykańskie, z typowych ras mięsnych. Charakteryzuje się ono zupełnie innymi właściwościami kulinarnymi - np. nie staje się twarde w procesie duszenia.
