Bar (music)
In musical notation, a bar (or measure) is a segment of time defined by a given number of beats, each of which are assigned a particular note value. Typically, a piece consists of several bars of the same length, and in modern musical notation the number of beats in each bar is specified at the beginning of the score by the top number of a time signature (such as 3/4), while the bottom number indicates the note value of the beat (the beat has a quarter note value in the 3/4 example).

Der Takt (v. lat. tactus „Berührung, Stoß“) bezeichnet in der Musik eine Gruppierung von Schlägen gleicher Notenwerte, die meistens mit dem Grundschlag identisch sind.

Mesure (solfège)
Dans le solfège, la mesure désigne un type de structure rythmique organisée en une succession de temps (un, deux, trois...) se répétant de manière cyclique, et dont le premier de chaque série est plus fort que les suivants. On définit donc généralement la mesure comme une période comportant « un temps fort (toujours le premier) suivi de X temps faibles ».

Takt (muzyka)
Takt - w muzyce jest najmniejszym odcinkiem tekstu muzycznego zawartego między dwoma kreskami, zwanymi kreskami taktowymi.
Takt jest jednostką realizującą schemat metryczny (metrum). Oznacza to, że znajdują się w nim wartości (lub ich zamienniki), które podane są w oznaczeniu taktowym umieszczonym na pięciolinii za kluczem.
Takty ze względu na ilość jednostek dzielimy na:
- parzyste:
- dwudzielne (np. 2/4, 6/8)
- czterodzielne (4/4)

Misura (musica)
In musica, la misura o battuta è l'insieme di valori compresi da due linee verticali poste sul pentagramma chiamate stanghette.
La misura può essere di due tipi: semplice o composta; inoltre può essere di quattro forme: binaria, ternaria, quaternaria e mista. Il tipo e la forma di una misura è rappresentato da una frazione che stabilisce il ritmo, la quantità dei valori che può contenere e gli accenti metrico e ritmico. Questa frazione numerica generalmente è posta all'inizio di ogni brano, può essere posta anche all'inizio di qualsiasi altra battuta del brano cambiandone il tempo finché non ci sarà un'altra indicazione. Il numeratore stabilisce il numero di tempi e il denominatore stabilisce il valore di ciascun tempo. Es. con l'indicazione 3/4 si vuole specificare che la misura è composta da tre valori di un quarto.
