+Anima (jap. プラスアニマ Purasu Anima) ist eine abgeschlossene Manga-Serie der japanischen Zeichnerin Natsumi Mukai (迎夏生 Mukai Natsumi). Sie erschien erstmals 2000 und umfasst über 1.900 Seiten. Der Manga, der sich dem Shōnen-Genre zuordnen lässt, erzählt von Menschen, die bestimmte körperliche Eigenschaften von Tieren aufweisen.

L'anima est, pour Carl Gustav Jung, la part féminine de l'homme. Il s'agit d'un archétype, donc d'une formation de l'inconscient collectif, qui a son pendant chez la femme : l'animus. Ce concept est à replacer parmi les autre concepts de la théorie dite de la psychologie analytique. "La complexité de la psychanalyse jungienne tient au fait que toutes les instances psychiques sont en étroites relations les unes avec les autres. Décrire isolément un concept donne de lui une vision forcément partielle car ne tenant compte ni des rapports dynamiques avec les autres instances ni de l'ensemble du système psychique. +Anima (+ANIMA, purasu anima) est un manga de Natsumi Mukai. Le premier volume de +Anima fut édité au Japon en décembre 2000 par MediaWorks. La série compte au total 10 volumes. Elle fut également licenciée aux É.-U. et en Allemagne par TokyoPop.En France, c'est Taifu Comics qui publie la version française de ce manga.

La parola italiana anima parte dal greco ànemos (dove significa "vento" - e di questo significato si trova ancora traccia nel nostro anemometro - ma anche, nel linguaggio figurato, "passione" e "incostanza").
