Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAs) are a group of autoantibodies, mainly of the IgG type, against antigens in the cytoplasm of neutrophil granulocytes (the most common type of white blood cell) and monocytes. They are detected as a blood test in a number of autoimmune disorders, but are particularly associated with systemic vasculitis, so called ANCA-associated vasculitides.

ANCA ist die Abkürzung für Anti-Neutrophile cytoplasmatische Antikörper, eine Form der Autoantikörper, das heißt vom Körper gebildete Antikörper gegen körpereigene Leukozyten. 2. kutane Vaskulitis mit systemischen Eigenschaften
3. Mononeuritis multiplex
4. periphere Neuropathie
5. länger andauernde Sinusitis oder Otitis
6. Trachealstenose
7. extrakapillär-proliferativer Glomerulonephritis ("Nierenkörperchenerkrankung")

L'anca è lo scheletro osseo del bacino. È composta di due parti simmetriche, formate ciascuna tre ossa che si fondono tra loro abbastanza precocemente: ischio, ileo e osso pubico. In corrispondenza del pube le due parti controlaterali si articolano tramite una sinfisi.
