analytical psychology

Analytical psychology (or Jungian psychology) refers to the school of psychology originating from the ideas of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, and then advanced by his students and other thinkers who followed in his tradition. It is distinct from Freudian psychoanalysis but also has a number of similarities. Its aim is the apprehension and integration of the deep forces and motivations underlying human behaviour by the practice of an accumulative phenomenology around the significance of dreams, folklore and mythology. Depth psychology and archetypal psychology are related in that they both employ the model of the unconscious mind as the source of healing and development in the individual.

La psychologie analytique ou psychologie des profondeurs ( dans les textes de l'auteur) est une théorie élaborée par le psychiatre Carl Gustav Jung. Cette théorie se propose de donner du sens à ce qu'elle nomme l'âme (système ou appareil psychique) et propose une forme de développement de soi menant à la découverte de cette âme. L'approche de Jung diffère de celle de Freud, dont pourtant il devait être le dauphin et le successeur légitime, en cela qu'elle postule que l'inconscient a une réalité avant tout culturelle et non pas seulement sexuelle (libido). Par ailleurs Jung s'intéresse aux phénomènes paranormaux qui sont ignorés par ses pairs.

Die Analytische Psychologie oder auch Komplexe Psychologie ist eine psychotherapeutische und psychologische Schule, die von Carl Gustav Jung nach dem Bruch mit Sigmund Freud (1913) gegründet wurde. In Deutschland wird sie vertreten durch die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Analytische Psychologie (DGAP), die C. G. Jung-Gesellschaften (Köln, Stuttgart, München, Hannover, Ulm, Freiburg) und die C. G. Jung-Institute (Berlin, Stuttgart, München). International wird sie vertreten durch die International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).

分析心理学（ぶんせきしんりがく、独語：Analytische Psychologie，英語：Analytical Psychology）は、スイスの精神医学者・心理療法家であったカール・グスタフ・ユングが創始した深層心理学理論で、心理療法理論でもある。ユング心理学とも通称する。コンプレックス（感情複合）の現象を研究したユングは、言語連想試験等を通じて深層心理の解明を志向し、当時、精神分析を提唱していたウィーンのジークムント・フロイトより大きな影響を受けた。しかし、ユングは「集合的無意識」の存在を提唱してフロイトと訣別し、元型の概念において、神話学、民俗学、文化人類学等の研究に通底する深層心理理論を構成した。
