An ALAV (an acronym of Autonomous Light Air Vessel) is one of three autonomous vehicles in an art project by Jed Berk and Nikhil Mitter.The project consists of three blimps, named "Bubba", "Flipper", and "Habib", as well as a networked environment in which they operate. It uses technology donated by Sun Microsystems, its official sponsor, and was created at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
