afinidad

La afinidad, en Derecho, es un tipo de parentesco que se produce a través del matrimonio. El parentesco se produce, por tanto, por un vínculo legal, y no por una razón meramente natural, como la que existe entre padres e hijos. Los parientes que, por el contrario, mantienen vínculos de sangre se les denomina parientes consanguíneos.
